Many customers still think Honor is a model line of the Chinese brand Huawei. In fact, until the year 2012 it used to be like that. Honor became an individual sub-brand of Huawei in the year 2013. But even afterward, we saw some Huawei phone models that were named with “Honor”. For example, in Bangladesh the model Huawei Honor Holly was available within the year 2015.
Primarily established in China the brand Honor was focusing on the lower-budget smartphone consumers. Later, the brand was expanded to the USA, Europe, and many other Asian countries. To lower budget consumers Honor quickly became one of the most successful brands. But then a significant amount of revenue is started to generate with their flagship devices.
In May 2019 Honor officially entered Bangladeshi market with four of their smartphone models. They are Honor 10 Lite, Honor 7S, Honor 8A and Honor 8X. In Bashundhara City Shopping Complex in Dhaka their first brand shop is opened. More and service centers and brand shops are expected to be opened soon around the country. Online purchase options should follow up as well. The success of the current business strategy and primarily released models may help this brand flourish in the long run.
